I feel like this too sometimes. Part of me feels like it’s a good thing not to talk for the sake of it but I also think that to keep writing is good practice and sometimes once you start, you realise that in fact you do have things to say. Maybe you could try writing prompts? That’s kind of what this blog is and it’s definitely challenging me and making me think more creatively about everyday things :). Also, don’t beat yourself up, the odd break can be good too 😉

Maybe the right answer is that there is none. That’s why I write most of the time: to find out what’s going on in my head.

I like to do that too, though my willingness to write has decreased recently. I feel like I have nothing to say.

The answers are out there. Music, reading, for example, the sentences in this blog, may inspire you in some type of way.
But I think that there’s always something to say, as long as there’s something to talk (in my case, repeatedly complain) about.
